No Refund Policy


All vendor booth payments are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine. By submitting payment and this application, the vendor understands and agrees that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, personal circumstances, travel issues, or failure to attend the event.


If the event is delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendor fees will not be refunded.
